Daniel Forman, Sr.

Forman was born in Heidelberg Germany. He served as a private in Captain Rodger's, 8th Battalion, Pennsylvania Militia, Cumberland County Pennsylvania. He is buried in the Highland Cemetery at Covington, Ohio.
