Thomas Kennedy
1741-1821

Thomas served as a private in Pennsylvania Rifle Company commanded by Captain Smith. He died during 1821 in Covington, Miami County Ohio, but his place of burial in unknown. There was at that time an old cemetery in Clovington. The graves were moved from that cemetery into the Highland Cemetery circa 1885. Many of those graves have no gravestone and/or stones with no engraving upon them.  That graveyard is now known as "the Old Township Section" of the Highland Cemetery.
