Troy Police reports


Information provided by the Troy Police Department:

Nov. 11

ASSAULT: David Rose and Lenivil Persinger were charged with assault following an argument over bills and Persinger spending his money on a tattoo. Both were incarcerated.

Nov. 12

DISORDERLY: Thomas Matthew was charged with disorderly conduct after someone reported him laying ion the sidewalk in the 100 block of Oxford Street. Matthew was highly intoxicated.

RIVERSIDE GRAVES: A theft of three statues from grave sites were reported.

PANHANDLER: Theresa Hammon was cited for panhandling on the I-75 southbound exit ramp. Hammons was warned for the same activity in July at the same location.

THEFT: James Oburn charged with theft from UDF on Race Street.

PARAPHERNALIA: Timothy Holt-Owens was issued a summons for possession of two marijuana bowls a 700 W. Market Street.

THEFT: Video games and console reported stolen from 580 Staunton Commons complex.

Nov. 14

SCHOOL INCIDENT: A student admitted to drinking vodka before school. After parental consent, the student have a breath sample of 0.052 BAC and was charged in juvenile court.

Nov. 15

THEFT: A resident in the 1300 block of McKaig Avenue, reported his Remington 1911 .45 ACP pistol, ammo and keys to another vehicle was stolen out of his vehicle. Case pending.

FRAUD: Credit card opened in reporting party’s name.

Nov. 16

THEFT: Subjects charged with theft from WalMart.

RUNAWAY: A juvenile was reported missing from the 900 block of Garfield Avenue, Troy.

HEROIN: Jeffrey Jones, of Henley Road, charged with possession of six capsules of heroin.

Nov. 17

DAMAGE: Two parked vehicles were struck by an unknown vehicle in the 700 block of Grant Street.

GUN MISSING: A resident in the 400 block of Harrison Street reported someone stole a Colt .45. Case pending.
