TIPP CITY — Monroe Federal Savings and Loan Association and its board of directors recently elected Anthony T. “Tony” Greene, vice president of Commercial Lending and Pamela Holsapple, vice president of Retail Operations/Internal Auditor.
As director for commercial lending, Greene has developed relationships with many community members and business owners promoting viable business activity. Community minded, Greene previously served as board chairman for the Tipp City Area Chamber of Commerce and graduated from Wright State University. Greene’s balanced approach will continue the organization’s long tradition and mission of defining local banking.
Pamela Holsapple joined Monroe Federal in 1998 as deposit administrator and internal auditor. She is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati and the Blythe School of Banking. Holsapple demonstrates strength across both strategic and operational dimensions and brings initiatives that provide the best possible service to Monroe Federal customers and the community.

Pam has provided improvements for operations, deposit products and processes.
