Greenville Federal hires Wilson
TROY — Greenville Federal is proud to announce that Jenny Wilson has joined the bank as a traveling loan originator serving the lending needs of borrowers, real estate agents and builders in the Miami County area.
Wilson comes to Greenville Federal with more than seven years of banking experience and lives in the Troy area with her husband and son. Wilson will meet customers not only at the bank, but at the customer’s home, business, or at a local Miami County establishment to provide the ultimate lending convenience and experience.

Firm tops on Angie’s List
SIDNEY — Ben Waters Services & Painting of Sidney, which services the Miami County area as well, has earned the service industry’s Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2015.
This is the third consecutive year that Ben Waters Service has earned the award.
“Only about 5 percent of the painting contract companies in several Ohio counties have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”

Practice joins Premier

Cooper, Rasor promoted
PIQUA — Unity National Bank has announced the transition of Kyle Cooper to mortgage loan originator.
Cooper is a retail assistant vice president and was the branch manager of the Wayne Street office since March 2008. Her primary focus in her new position will be to increase mortgage loan production and opportunities in Miami County.
Cooper has distinguished herself as a retail leader with her exemplary performance in meeting and exceeding all production goals. She also demonstrates the characteristics of an excellent leader by mentoring new associates as well as volunteering for leadership roles in local non‐profit organizations. She is the treasurer for the YWCA Piqua, on the steering committee for Women in Networking and a Piqua Catholic School Board member.
Unity National Bank also has promoted Scott Rasor to senior vice president of Retail Lending. Rasor joined Unity in August 2013, but has been in banking for more than 30 years. He has been an integral part of shaping Unity’s mortgage loan process and managing the indirect loan department and the collection department.
In his new position, he will oversee all retail sales functions as well as trust, collections, indirect, loan originations and mortgage operations.
