• REGIONAL HOURS: Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted today announced his office’s July regional office hours. • BLUEGRASS: The contemporary bluegrass sound of Mad River Railroad will fill the air in downtown Troy as the band performs on the square at 7:30 p.m. at Prouty Plaza.
