TROY — A Harrison Twp. firefighter and Troy resident is accused of exposing himself in the parking lot of Troy WalMart last week.
Keith Bousquette, 39, of Troy, was charged with fourth-degree misdemeanor public indecency by Troy Police on Nov. 8.
According to the report, a woman reported Bousquette exposed himself and performed a sex act on himself while parked in his car next to the complainant. Bousquette then left the parking lot, but the woman was able to get his license plate number.
An officer spoke with Bousquette on the phone, who said he thought he knew the woman who parked next to him in the parking lot. Bousquette then said he was joking around because he thought it was someone he knew.
According to Harrison Twp. human resources Linda Triplette, Bousquette was placed on administrative leave on Thursday. Triplette also said Bousquette has been with the fire department since Jan. 2008. Triplette said he joined the department full-time as a firefighter and paramedic in November 2010.
