Information provided by the Troy Police Department:

Nov. 18

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: The reporting party witnessed a juvenile damaging Christmas lights in front of Wheeler Driving School.

Nov. 19

OVERDOSE: An officer responded with the Troy Fire Department on a report of a male passed out in his vehicle. The male had overdosed on heroin and transported to UVMC for treatment. No charges were filed.

THEFT: A resident in the 1000 block of Scot Street, Troy, reported her wallet and paperwork were stolen out of her vehicle.

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: An officer responded to the 500 block of Lake Street on a report of criminal damaging.

The reporting party claimed someone placed two blocks with nails under her truck tries. The cardboard blocks had swastikas drawn on red tape with black marker. The officer checked a possible suspect and found his alibi to be credible and an argument over money owed to the reporting party was the possible reason the report was filed. The case was suspended due to conflicting stories.

Nov. 20

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jordan Francis was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

THEFT: A theft complaint was filed in the 700 block of McKaig Avenue.

Nov. 21

THEFT: A theft from a motor vehicle complaint was filed in the 600 block of Shaftsbury Road.

THEFT: Officers were dispatched to 1801 W. Main St. (Wal-mart) reference to a theft complaint. Officers identified a suspect to be Ellen Davis. Ellen was eventually arrested and charged with felony theft and obstructing official business.

MONEY FOUND: A resident reported finding a bag of money in the 1500 block of W. Main Street.

Nov. 22

THEFT: Two suspects were arrested for theft at Wal-mart.

THEFT: Theft complaint in the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive.

MENACING: A menacing complaint was reported in the 500 block of Mulberry Street.
