TROY — On Wednesday, four juveniles were apprehended following a pursuit in Germantown and now are facing serious charges in Troy in connection with a Troy cell phone store break-in.
According to reports, the fifth juvenile in connection with the break-in was arrested in Dayton on Tuesday and will also be charged in the incident.
The teens were caught on surveillance video breaking into the Metro PCS cell phone store at 722 West Market Street around 2:40 a.m. Monday. The teens smashed the glass of the door and stole multiple electronics before fleeing the scene.
The four juveniles fled from police, wrecked their car and fled on foot before being captured by Germantown police on Wednesday. Charges related to that incident are also pending.
