Reports provided by the Troy Police Department:

Sept. 20

ASSAULT: Kaleb Jenkins, 24, of Troy, was charged with assault.

FAILURE TO COMPLY: Oscar Stewart II, 25, of Huber Heights, was cited for failure to comply with an officer, possession of drugs, and open container.

DOG DRUGGED: A resident in the 400 block of Michigan Avenue believed his dog was drugged with some sort of opiate. The dog was acting lethargic and once given Narcan started to act more normal.

WARRANTS: An officer responded to the area of Carl’s Cruise In for a report of a possible disturbance. Charles Barnett, 28, of Beavercreek, was arrested on three felony warrants.

DISTURBANCE: A resident in the 100 block of East Water Street stated an unknown white male was on the porch attempting to steal items. Male was confronted and took off running. Male’s bike was left on scene.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Officers responded to the 500 block of South Counts Street in reference to a disturbance. After investigation, Steven Berry, 34, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jermaine Reynolds, 30, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 21

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Danielle Curtis, 21, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct.

MENACING: Kira Gostomsky, 24, of Houston, was charged with menacing.

FORGERY: Sherrita Longstreath, 43, of Troy, was charged with fifth-degree felony forgery.

ASSAULT: Brad J. Smith, 35, of Greenville, was charged with assault and possession of drugs from an incident in the 700 block of West Franklin Street.

MENACING: Debra Blount, 25, of Sidney, was cited for menacing.

FAKE $100: An officer was dispatched to Speedway on North Market Street in reference to a counterfeit $100 bill. The officer spoke with the manager who turned over the bill. The officer then took the counterfeit bill on station and it was tagged and placed in the property locker.

JUVENILE ISSUE: A report of a juvenile male and female talking trash about and to each other for last couple of months. Male juvenile has made threatening comments to a third party over social media. Victim and mother wanted it documented.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: An officer responded to the 700 block of South Clay Street for a report of criminal damaging.

Sept. 22

THEFT: Bonnie Lynn, 35, of Troy, was charge with theft.

OVI: An officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple moving violations on E. Franklin Street near S. Walnut Street. Driver was found to be impaired and arrested for OVI. Passenger Emerald Clark, 18, of West Carrollton, was found to be in possession of drugs and offenses involving underage persons.

PROPERTY: A resident made a report about an airsoft pistol found in the bushes outside of her apartment n the 400 block of Ohio Avenue. The officer took the gun, tagged and it and placed it in property.

UNDERAGE OFFENSE: Marissa Albert, 19, of Memphis, Tenn., was cited for offenses involving underage persons and OVI, speed, and U-Turn following a traffic stop at Country Road 25-A and Swailes Road.

Sept. 23

THEFT: A report of theft from Walmart was filed.

DISORDERLY: Officers were dispatched in reference to a male that was high on drugs and out of control breaking windows and cutting himself. Officers arrived and the male was started to resist the officers. The male was tased and then handcuffed. The male was transported to UVMC for treatment and incarcerated. Lucas Glassbrook, 21, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

THEFT: Officers responded to the area of Kohls for a possible theft in progress. The refused caller was someone sitting in their car that observed a male walk out of the store and take shoes from under his shirt and put them in a duffel bag and throw the duffel bag in the bushes in the front of Kohls. The male was located and arrested on theft and also a warrant out of the county.

POSSESSION: Scott Shellenberger, 34, of Piqua, was charged with possession of drugs in the 1500 block of West Main Street.

THEFT: Jesse Kirby, 52, of Troy, was charged with theft and possession of criminal tools.

Sept. 24

THEFT: Amber Ashburn, 46, of Brookville, was charged with theft.

TRESPASSING: Brian Plant, 61, of Troy, was charged with trespassing.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A report of criminal damaging was reported at Waffle House.

MEDICATION STOLEN: A resident in the 700 block of East Main Street reported a full bottle of Hydrocodone was missing from her home.

THEFT: A report of theft was filed at Krogers. A subject was charged with theft.

THEFT: An officer responded to a theft report which was filed at 429 S. Counts St. Suspect is unknown and property stolen was found and recovered.

SCHOOL ISSUE: An officer was dispatched to the high school in reference to a theft. A juvenile was charged with theft.

Sept. 25

ACCIDENT: At 10:31 a.m. an officer responded to a non-injury three vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of West Main Street and North Cherry Street. One citation was issued.

WALLET: An officer was flagged down in the area of West Main Street and South Ridge Avenue in reference to a found wallet. Wallet was later returned to the owner.

DAMAGE: A female resident reported her tires were slashed in the 800 block of North Market Street. Case pending.

WALLET STOLEN: A report of a wallet stolen out of a purse at the Walmart arcade was reported.

VEHICLE ISSUE: Stephen Collins, 19, Troy, was cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 900 block of Walker Street.

Sept. 26

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A report of criminal damage to a vehicle in the 800 block of S. Crawford Street.

ALCOHOL OFFENSE: Brenda Turpin, 41, of Kettering, was cited for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle in the area of McKaig Avenue and Armond Drive.

Sept. 27

OVERDOSE: Edgar Miller IV, was charged with inducing panic following an apparent overdose.

OVERDOSE: Elizabeth Keeton, 32, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic following an apparent overdose.

ACCIDENT: An officer responded to a traffic crash on West Main Street. One subject was transported to UVMC with injuries, another subject was cited. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

DOG BITE: An officer responded to the 700 block of Dixie Avenue for a report of a dog bite. A report was taken for

information purposes.

POSSESSION: A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver, Jordan Estes, 19, of Troy, was found to be in possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. The driver was given citations for the offenses.
