DUBLIN — A Troy man has been arrested for the third time in five months for exposing himself in the Columbus area.

Detectives in the latest case are sharing information with Columbus police who are investigating an incident at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing.

Robert Cost, 58, was arrested this week for exposing himself in a Panera in Dublin in September.

Cost was previously convicted for incidents in an Orange Leaf in Upper Arlington and again at a Chipotle in Westerville.

Last Saturday, an 11-year-old said a man was exposing himself in the food court at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing. Her mom says the description is similar to Cost.

Public indecency is a misdemeanor, but is elevated to a felony if the person has three convictions involving minors.
