Jan. 30

ASSAULT: Roger Meyer, 31, of Troy, was charged with second-degree felony assault and child endangerment from an incident in the 1200 block of Brukner Drive on Jan. 29.

OPEN CONTAINER: Leah Hamlin, 31, of Troy, was charged with open container in the 1500 block of McKaig Avenue.

THEFT: Lora Browning, 31, of Troy, was charged with theft from Circle K.

THEFT: Hope Williams, 42, of Covington was charged with theft from Kohl’s.

THEFT: Jesse Mercado, 31, of Troy, was charged with theft from Fricker’s.

Jan. 31

THEFT: The reporting party claimed someone took an unknown amount of money off her bedroom dresser in the 200 block of E. Franklin Street.

TRESPASS: Scott Dillinger, 47, of Troy, was charged with criminal trespassing at JJ’s Lunchbox.

THEFT: Meijer reportedly caught one of their employees stealing money over a period of a few months. Employee admitted to the crime and charged with theft.

Feb. 1

THEFT: A report of theft from the Archer Drive Wendy’s was reported.

OVI: Kyra Milton, 32, of Troy, was cited for OVI, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and operation without being in reasonable control of a vehicle from a Dec. 11 incident in the area of Ridge Avenue.

OVI: Lance Hartman, 25, of Delphos, was cited for OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia in the area of East Franklin Street.

Feb. 2

SUSPICIOUS: A male was found sleeping in a vehicle in the 100 block of South Frank Street. A search of the vehicle was conducted and an unknown white powder substance was located and sent to lab for analysis. Case pending results.

OPEN CONTAINER: Cedric Lewis, 39, of El Paso, Texas, was charged with open container in the area of Archer Drive and West Market Streets.

PUBLIC INTOX: Marvin Allen, 31, of Piqua, was charged with disorderly public intoxication in the 1500 block of McKaig Avenue.

OVI: Michael Carter, 44, of Piney Flats, Tenn., was cited for OVI, possession of drugs, driving with license restriction and weaving full time and attention in the area of West Market Street and Barnhart Road.

THEFT: A vehicle was reportedly stolen in the 300 block of North Elm Street.

Feb. 3

THEFT: Britney Fitch, 24, of Troy, was charged with theft from Kohl’s.

THEFT: Kasha Rogers, 20, of Troy, was charged with theft from Kohl’s.

OPEN CONTAINER: David Truman, 32, of Troy, was cited for open container in the area of Franklin and Crawford streets.

VANDALISM: Michael Liveston, 24, of Sidney, was charged with fifth-degree felony vandalism.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: Brandon Turner, 33, at-large, was charged with fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property.

OVI: Justin Riegle, of Troy, was cited for OVI with a BAC of 0.117 percent, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and marked lanes in the area of South Market and Race streets.

Feb. 4

INDUCING PANIC: MacKenzie Leonard, 26, of Dayton, was charged with inducing panic in the 600 block of Union Street.

THEFT: Noah Whitt, 20, of Troy, was charged with theft from Kohl’s.

THEFT: Crystal Riddle, 36, of Dayton, was charged with theft.

THEFT: Brandon Cummings, 25, of Troy, was charged with fifth-degree theft from an incident on Jan. 7.

OBSTRUCTION: Christopher Daniels, 32, of Troy, was charged with fifth-degree felony obstructing official business in the 600 block of South Union Street.

OVI: Anthony Willoughby, 21, of Troy, was charged with driving under the influence of LSD in the area of Dorset Road from an incident on Dec. 5.

THEFT: Marvin Allen Jr., 31, of Troy, was charged with theft and disorderly conduct

Feb. 6

WELFARE CHECK: A SRO checked on the welfare of a Troy Junior High student at Budget Inn.

SCAM: The reporting party was scammed out of $1,600. Money was deposited in to the reporting party’s bank account from an unknown person. Then the reporting party purchased Walmart gift cards and is now out of the money. Contact was attempted by an officer who was cussed out and hung up on.
