The commissioners approved Enervise of Cincinnati to make changes to the access control system at the courthouse at a cost not to exceed $31,123. The county is also required to use Enervise for both of these projects due to the county’s current maintenance agreement with Enervise that stipulates Enervise must perform all additions and changes to the access control system.
