Troy fire and medic units arrived and immediately requested CareFlight and two medic units.

The condition of the motorcycle passenger is not yet know. Assistant Chief Eric Krites said that quick action in beginning CPR, by a passer-by, may have played a crucial part in the treatment of the motorcyle passenger.
