Information filed by the Troy Police Department:

April 3

OVI: Jason Moore, 34, of Sidney, was cited with OVI, OVI suspension, OVI refusal, open container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operation without being in reasonable control of the vehicle in the 1800 block of West Main Street.

POSSESSION: Frank Dunaway, 33, of Englewood, was charged with fifth-degree felony drug possession and failure to comply with the signal of an officer in the area of West Market Street.

April 4

DISORDERLY: Matthew Dunlap Jr., 19, of Troy, was cited for disorderly conduct.

OBSTRUCTING: Kyra Milton, 33, of Troy, was cited for obstruction of official business.

April 5

BUS STOP: Ashley Tackett, 36, of Troy, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus in the area of Wayne Street and South Dorset Road.

OVERDOSE: An officer responded to the 300 block of South Mulberry Street for an overdose. The male was unresponsive. Narcan was administered and he regained consciousness. The subject, not named, was charged with inducing panic. Drugs and paraphernalia were located on the scene.

April 7

OVI: Patterson Watren, 52, of Troy, was cited for OVI, prior OVI conviction and refusal, reasonable control and open container in the area of Archer Drive and the Budget Inn.

OVI: Joel MacLeod, 37, of Troy, was cited for OVI, prior OVI conviction and refusal, speed limits in the area of West Main Street.

POSSESSION: Roger Smith, 28, of Riverview, Fla., was charged with fifth-degree felony possession of drugs and drug abuse instrument.

POSSESSION: Amanda Heath, 28, of Bellefontaine, was cited for possession of a drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of South Dorset.

BIKE GONE: A resident in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Ave reported a bike was stolen.

April 8

FALSE INFO: Hailey Lewis, 23, of Dayton, was charged with furnishing false information to officers and failure to reinstate license in the area of West Main Street and South Norwich.

BUS STOP: Martha Denning Corley, 59, of Dayton, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus in the area of Hawks Nest and Jillane.

DISORDERLY: Dylan Ambos-Pack, 23, of Troy, was cited for disorderly conduct.

April 9

OVI: Bradley Willison, 29, of Troy, was cited for OVI, OVI of 0.180 BAC, speed limits, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one headlight following a traffic stop in the area of West Main Street.
