Information filed by the Troy Police Department:
MENACING: Gordon Bowers, 37, of West Milton, was charged with menacing and had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested in the 1300 block of Archer Drive around 3:50 p.m.
THEFT: The True Value hardware store manager reported a theft from the store. A female allegedly stole Milwaukee batteries. Case pending.
POSSESSION: Brian Fergerson, 38, of Troy, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
DISORDERLY: Levi Vandegrift, 27, of Troy, was cited for disorderly conduct and failure to disclose information.
FRAUD: A report of fraudulent prescriptions was reported at CVS. Case pending.
OVI: David Daugherty, 40, of Troy, was charged with OVI and left of center in the area of Ohio Avenue and E. Staunton Road. His reported blood alcohol level was recorded at 0.298.
OVI: Kiersten Malloch, 21, of Sidney, was charged with OVI, expired license, marked lanes, turn and stop signals, in the area of Adams Street and West Water Street at 1:28 a.m. Her reported blood alcohol level was recorded as 0.179.
Morgen Murray, 20, was charged with underage consumption in the same incident.
DRUGS: An officer was dispatched to a theft in progress at Kohl’s. One male was charged with theft and possession of methamphetamine, another male charged with theft and one female charged with complicity to theft.
THEFT: Daniel Orndorff, 24, of Piqua, was charged with theft from Kohl’s.
RESISTING ARREST: Tyler Jones, 34, of Troy, was charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, failure to disclose information and disorderly conduct at the Submarine House at 1:45 a.m. Jones reportedly refused to leave the establishment. He was treated at Troy Hospital and released.
POSSESSION: Trae Lee, 24, of Piqua, was charged with fifth degree felony possession of controlled substances, criminal damaging, possession of a drug abuse instrument and paraphernalia.
OBSTRUCTING: Douglas Baker II, 31, of Piqua, was charged with obstructing official business at tin the area of N. Market and Denby Place around 11:51 p.m. Kyla Ward, 23, of Piqua, was also charged with obstructing official business.
FAKE PIZZA MONEY: An officer responded to the Pizza Hut in regards to a report of a delivery driver receiving counterfeit bills to pay for an order. The suspected was located and charged with theft and incarcerated on a unrelated warrant.
THEFT: Michael Osburn, 23, of Tipp City, was cited for theft.
POSSESSION: Deshon Doll, 21, of Piqua, was charged with possession drug abuse instrument.
THEFT: Alexander Caripides, 26, of Union, was charged with theft from the Submarine House.
