Troy Police Department reports

Information filed by the Troy Police Department:

Feb. 9

OPEN CONTAINER: Adoulphus Coleman, 35, of Troy, was cited for open container in a motor vehicle in the area of Lake and Race streets.

POSSESSION: Chris Compton, 45, of Troy, was cited for possession of marijuana in the area of Lake and Drury Lane.

THEFT: Matthew Dunlap, 20, of Troy, was cited for theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

FRAUD: Erica Keeton, 36, of Troy, was cited for identity fraud and receiving stolen property, in the 400 block of S. Walnut Street.

Feb. 10

FRAUD: A resident of Troy filed a report of identity fraud after he noticed his credit report score had dropped. He found a subject had opened an installment loan from Conn’s Home Plus for $7,000 in Beaumont, Texas. The subject paid for the first few months and then quit.

Feb. 11

INDUCING PANIC: Stephen Perkins, 33,of Troy, was cited for inducing panic in the 900 block of Washington Street. Perkins reportedly overdosed.

THEFT: A theft report was filed at True Value hardware store.

Feb. 12

THEFT: A report of theft in the 400 block of Ohio Avenue was filed.

THEFT: Levi Adkins, 26, of Sidney, was arrested for theft at the Shell gas station on Dorset Road.

DRUG TRAFFICKING: Michael McBride, 40, of Troy, was charged with four counts of third-degree felony drug trafficking.

Feb. 13

POSSESSION: Timothy Hess, 40, of Sidney, was cited for possession of dangerous drugs.
