Troy Police Reports

Information provided by the Troy Police Department:

Jan. 13

OVI: A female driver struck a parked car on Franklin Street near S. Plum Street. She was charged with OVI.

ARREST: William White, 43, address unknown, was arrested with a warrant at the Motel 6 on drug charges. Officers located a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia. He was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

TRESPASSING: A female subject was warned for trespassing in the 900 block of Cambridge.

Jan. 14

OVI: Michael Sousa was charged with OVI, driving without consent, tampering with evidence, drug paraphernalia and traffic violations.

Jan. 15

OVI: A juvenile was charged for failure to control, OVI, leaving the scene of an accident and underage consumption.

FIGHTING: An officer observed several subjects in the street on S. Elm Street near Sherman Avenue. Two males were charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Jan. 17

PARAPHERNALIA: Khristian Felver was charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

VEHICLE VANDALIZED: An officer responded to the 900 block of N. Market Street. The reporting party stated her converter was cut out of her Chevrolet Cavalier sometime over the last three days.

VEHICLE VANDALIZED: An officer responded to the Towne Park Apartment s on a report of a van missing its converter. The owner said she noticed the exhaust being very loud. The mechanic informed her the vehicle’s converter had been cut out. She last drove the car on Jan. 14.

PEDESTRIAN ISSUE: A report of a man stumbling in the road in the 300 block of W. Market Street.

SHOPLIFTING: A juvenile was charged with theft after shoplifting at Kohl’s.

WARRANT: An officer arrested a male on a warrant. The male had possession of marijuana and cocaine in his possession at the time of the arrest and was charged accordingly.

Jan. 18

VEHICLE BREAK-IN: An officer responded to the 2500 block of Huntington Drive, on a report of a vehicle break-in.

VEHICLE BREAK-IN: An officer responded to the 500 block of Brookemeade Court, on report of a vehicle break-in.

BIKE FOUND: A purple bike was located in front of 405 Public Square. It was booked into the property room at the station.

BAD CHECKS: Several reports of bad checks were reported at the Action GBW Sunoco on Staunton Road. Walter Davis was charged with five counts of passing bad checks. Renee Bristow was charged with two counts of forgery. Leann Click was charged with forgery.

ASSIST AGENCY: A Troy Police Officer assisted Tipp City Police during a standoff in Tipp City.

TRAFFIC STOP: An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was reportedly intoxicated and refused the breath test. The driver was charged with OVI and left of center.
