For the Troy Daily News

TROY — Concord 4th graders shared with their parents and grandparents some fun math activities on February 21. Ten “Mathletes” from Troy High School helped with stations such as 24 and Blokus. Troy High School Math teacher Jacqui Lehmkuhl and Concord 4th grade Math teacher Jody Weber coordinated efforts for a Math is Fun Family Night. This was a team effort with tremendous support for Concord Principal Dan Hake, Assistant Principal Joyce Koopman and our Concord 4th grade team – Jane Wise, Jasma Mercer, Sharon Lindsey and Katie Hamlin. Kids created area and perimeter with Cheez-its. Everyone ended the night with a massive Quizlet competition .
