To the Editor:
On Nov. 3, I encourage voters in Troy City School District to carefully consider Michael Ham for a member of the Troy City Board of Education.
Michael is a dedicated young man who has already served this community with a great deal of vigor and enthusiasm. As a graduate of Troy High School and Wright State University, Michael returned to serve the community where he was raised.
As a graduate of Teen Leadership Troy, he now serves on that board to help high school seniors see the benefits and quality of life offered in Troy. He also serves on the Future Begins Today board, again helping the young people of Troy. His work with the city of Troy and The Troy Chamber of Commerce gives him an awareness of the many economic factors that affect a quality school system.
Michael will be a dedicated board member, who will seriously consider that a good school system will make a better Troy for all of us.
